Short version: use GigFrame for music. Don't abuse it. Your songs are yours. We're building this for musicians, not against them. GigFrame is still in a test phase before launch.
By creating an account or using GigFrame, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
These terms apply to all GigFrame products: the web app at app.gigframe.app, the Android beta app, and any other GigFrame services.
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens through it:
Your songs are yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you create or upload to GigFrame. Your chord charts, lyrics, setlists, recordings and any other content you create remain your property.
By uploading content to GigFrame, you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service, and to serve it back to you and the band members you explicitly share it with. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload (for example, copyrighted sheet music, lyrics or recordings).
Use GigFrame for music. Don't:
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
GigFrame is in a test phase until its public launch. Features can change, be unavailable or break, and data can be reset in rare cases. Until launch, payments run in Stripe test mode: the whole payment flow works (upgrade, checkout, subscription, cancel) but no money moves and nothing is charged. On the payment page, use the test card 4242 4242 4242 4242.
One rule: whoever shares, pays. Free and Solo are for yourself only; sharing a library with other people needs a Band or Pro plan.
Band and Pro are billed per band, not per member. People you invite pay nothing: a Free or Solo member plays along on the band's plan. Everyone keeps a private personal library next to the band libraries they belong to. More storage can be added: +100 GB for €1.99/month or +1 TB for €7.99/month.
We may adjust plans and prices, with at least 30 days notice for existing subscribers. The price you pay is always shown before you confirm.
Every new account gets a 60-day Band trial, once per account (not once per band), without a card. When it ends you pick a plan or carry on with Free.
Some AI features run on our own servers and are free with a daily limit; others use external services and cost credits. Credit packs and their prices are shown in the app before you pay and can change with notice.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Treat it as a starting point: you are responsible for checking it before you perform, publish or share it. We give no guarantee about the accuracy of AI results. Which outside services process your files is listed in the Privacy Policy.
You can cancel in the app at any time. You can only downgrade (or stop a storage add-on) when your data fits the smaller plan; otherwise the app asks you to clean up first. We never choose what has to go.
When a paid plan stops (cancelled or payment failed), everything stays readable and downloadable for 3 months, with email reminders on day 0, after 1 month, after 2 months and a week before the end. After that, the paid band library is deleted as a whole. A personal library above the Free limit (10 songs / 500 MB) must be brought under the limit by you within those 3 months, otherwise it is deleted as a whole.
You can also delete your account at any time in your profile settings or by email; that removes your data immediately (see the Privacy Policy).
GigFrame is provided on a best-effort basis. We work hard to keep it running, but we make no guarantees about uptime, availability or data retention. Keep your own copy of anything important (export or download it). We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice when possible.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. In most cases, we will give you a chance to fix the issue first.
GigFrame is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GigFrame.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 if you are a free user.
We may update these terms as GigFrame evolves. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify users via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of GigFrame after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
