Is GigFrame free?
Yes! The free tier includes up to 10 songs, with full access to the editor, performance mode, and band sync. When you need more, paid plans start at €9.99/year with unlimited songs and advanced features like setlist management and priority support.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. The GigFrame web companion at app.gigframe.app works in any modern browser — Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android, or any desktop browser. Full editing and performance mode included, no install required.
How do I install GigFrame on Android?
Head to the download page and tap Download APK. Enable "Install from unknown sources" when prompted (one-time step), then tap Install. The app will also be available on the Google Play Store soon.
What formats are supported?
GigFrame imports from a wide range of formats: ChordPro, PDF, Guitar Pro (.gp, .gp5, .gpx), MusicXML, and plain text tabs. You can also export from apps like OnSong or MobileSheets as ChordPro and bring them straight in.
How does band sync work?
All devices connect over Wi-Fi with sub-10ms latency. When the band leader changes a song, starts scrolling, or triggers a cue, every connected device follows instantly. No internet connection needed during performance — it works entirely on your local network.
Can I switch from OnSong?
Yes. Export your songs from OnSong as ChordPro files, then import them into GigFrame. Your chord charts, lyrics, and song metadata carry over. The same works for MobileSheets, forScore, and other apps that support ChordPro export.
What is per-band pricing?
One subscription covers your entire band — no per-seat fees. The Band plan supports up to 8 members, and the Pro plan supports unlimited members. Everyone gets full access to sync, setlists, and performance mode.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network with encryption at rest and in transit. GigFrame is fully GDPR compliant. We don't sell your data, and you can export or delete your account at any time. Read our privacy policy for full details.
